The Incredible Nude Shoe

Filed in archive Sales , Shoes , Style by Del on October 13, 2008

When I first saw this shoe, my jaw dropped. (I'll be honest - my jaw drops over many a pair of new shoes. I.am.weak.) But my jaw dropped more than usual over these lovelies. Bruno Frisoni, can I marry you?

Okay, these are way, way out of my price league, but I can still drool and tell you why nude shoes are so awesome, especially for petites like myself. First, though, let me say that "nude" depends on your particular complexion. These shoes are nude for the fairer skinned among you. If your skin is more olive or a satiny, rich brown, a shoe deeper in tone will still be nude and give you the leg-elongating effect you want.

Shoes that are close in tone to the color of your legs make your legs look longer. The heel helps a great deal, but in flesh-toned shoes, your legs don't stop at your feet, they continue all the way to the floor.

Spotted at Vivre, where the price has been drastically slashed. Sure, the summer season is over, but there's always next year, where I would pull these babies out the very first warm day.
