Reader email- matching time!!

I really need some help. I am having a huge problem coordinating pieces in my closet. I don't know what to match with what and I'm losing my mind. Help! -Sarah

Step away from the closet! Take a deep breath and calm down, it will all be ok. :) The easiest way to match things is to start out shopping for the right pieces. In my closet you will find a lot of basic pieces, cardigans or blazers in black, white and gray, t-shirts and tank tops in various colors and so on. I usually start out with picking out a shirt and if it is a crazy print, pick something basic. That's kind of the equation, 1 fun piece + 1 basic piece= a winning combination! See? It's not that hard.
