Pumas for your piggies!

Living in NYC means you walk, A LOT. Just to get to the subway it is a good 5 block walk for me and I really enjoy it. I don't have to go to the gym and I can get a little workout while walking to Whole Foods to get my chocolate chip muffins. See how I worked that? One thing that is essential is good walking shoes if you are going to be walking and one of my all time favorite brands is puma. I don't know what they do, but they take all the pressure off of my lower back. I started wearing Puma's like 5 or 6 years ago and I refuse to wear anything else on my feet. Even when my aunt was pregnant I forced her to get some Puma's and she loved them. Besides the great support they come in a wide array of colors and styles. Go get yourself some Puma's now, your back will thank you. Rarrrrr!!! (Is that what a Puma says? I don't know either, but it should work!)

	I bought these Puma's in Colorado and then proceeded to climb the Rockies in them. I am so serious. I still wear them to this day and they are awesome. I have seen these on quiet a few women, so they have to be popular. Speed Cat, $75 from Puma's online store
