Pearls are back

As style.com suggests, pearls are back, once again invited to adorn our necks, wrists and ears. Although it would be silly trying to get natural pearls these days, style.com tells us that cultured pearls make wonderful necklaces, rings, earrings and bracelets. So don't be afraid to shop for akoya, freshwater or seed pearls - they are all delightful, and much less pricey.

Pearls will go great with your working clothes, for that hint of class and style. Don't be afraid to pin a pearl broach, wrap them around your neck or let them cling from your ears. Or, you can just save pearls for special occasions, but it would be a shame in my opinion because if you got them, wear them!

There is one major buying tip though, never buy pearls whiter than your teeth, because it would make you look older, says Daphne Lingon from Christie's.
