Peacock Print Silk Tunic

I am in need of some serious inspiration right now. Nothing is grabbing me from the magazines (it doesn't help that they keep plastering actors/actresses/musicians on the covers instead of actual models). I keep reaching for the same neutral (read, boring!) outfits because they're easy. I'm putting outfits together that I don't have to think about - it's just, black goes with everything, so grab it.

What is the matter? Well, if I could get my hands on this peacock print silk tunic, I think I'd feel much more excited about fashion in general. Out of my price range, but I can look.

I love the print...with the black/white/orange/red combo, you can match any number of slacks with it. I'm thinking slim black slacks (white capris in warm weather, maybe?) and ballet flats or mules. A simple, elegant hairstyle like a chignon plus big earrings would be perfect.

It's still an easy outfit, but it's not boring.

Any inspiration tips you have to share? I'd love to hear them right about now.
