I have found a lifesaver or rather a foot saver. I was introduced to the Insolia inserts by a fellow high heeled lover and I am super excited about them. They are genius! They transfer your weight from the balls of your feet back to your heels. How do they work you ask? The insert gently lifts up your heels while supporting the middle of your foot.
