So what makes the perfect mascara great? Or better yet, perfect for work? In my opinion, there are three things: it has to be waterproof (you don't want raccoon eyes if you get caught in the rain), it has to glide on easily and cover with only one application (saves time), and it has to stay put, without smudges.
I have tried every new mascara that comes out, but one of the best I have ever tried is Max Factor Lash Perfection Waterproof mascara. You see, I just hate to fiddle with white/black coat, strange brushes and things when I sleep in late and am in a hurry to get to work on time.
MF Lash Perfection has a very good brush, which is long enough to get the most of your lashes in first blow. The product is almost watery, if you know what I mean, it does not lump or worse still, dry out. This Max Factor mascara covers with first application and does not smudge. I love it!
If you work in late, it's easy to go from day look to night look with this product. An additional application will make your lashes look fuller and longer, very dramatic. Also, if you have fair hair color, try the black brown Max Factor Lash Perfection Mascara, it will look more natural, as the rich black color might be too dark for you.
By the way, if you have spare 30 seconds, do use the lash curler, it will give you spectacular results and your lashes will look magnificent! If you're not sure how to do it, I wrote a foolproof tutorial on Are You a Beauty blog. Check it out!
