Get over a hangover

Your head hurts, your stomach is making funny noises, you are ready to throw up at any moment - but you still have to go to work. Don't fear, I've got some quick fixes for you:
1. drink as much water as you can as soon as you wake up. This will help your dehydrated kidneys to get back to normal. You'll also have to visit the lady's room more often during workday, but you are going to be better soon.
2. as you are already drinking water
, drink an Aspirin or two with it. Get a brand which is coated, so that it doesn't upset your stomach further. This will help you with your headache. 3. if your stomach is upset too, it's time for antacid.
4. do some light exercise, to get over the stiffness. If you are still shaky on your feet, put sunglasses on and sit by the window, sunshine will make you less sleepy and depressed.
5. eat some healthy carbs. Choose a granola bar, graham crackers or simply chew on a carrot. You can try fruit too, like a banana, but fruit always made me even sicker. All these will give you the energy you're missing. Be sure to eat light during lunch, usually a soup will be enough to suppress any hunger you might be feeling.
Whatever you do, don't get a drink to make it better, not even a sip of the home-made-hangover-recipe, containing a shot of vodka, whiskey or liqueur. Although you might get better in a couple of minutes after drinking something like that, you will once again bring toxins into your body, which you are bound to feel later in the day.
