The oversized trend will by far be one of the trickiest to wear this fall/winter season. But, luckily, every and each trend designers make us wear can be up- or downgraded, so I think there's a good chance of wearing even the oversized trend without looking like a blob rolling down the company hallway. The trick is to avoid wearing generally oversized clothing - even if you look like a starving model. A better way to go is structured, with larger sleeves, flowing pants or roomy shirts. Also, wear only one of these items at time, and pair it with normal sized and cut clothing.

	Oversized dress: Catherine Malandrino Long Sleeve Button Down Dress perfect for work because of its mocha color, fit and style. Looking almost vintage, this dress has ruched sleeves and just the perfect length. Get yours at Shopbop for $495
	Oversized pants: Rick Owens Silk blend flow pants are just the thing to wear if you're expecting a stress packed day. Will go great with your turtleneck, or a fitted top of any kind. The hems hems have been left intentionally raw for ease of alteration. $615 at Net-a-porter
