Cut your hair
In the unlikely event you're growing your hair long, let me tell you that you should nonetheless cut it at least every two months. This is of course, intended to those who have dry and fragile hair or even oily hair. All of these hair conditions cause hair ends to split, which looks messy and frizzy, a look that you would rather avoid, especially at your workplace.

Contrary to popular belief, you don't have to invest tons of $$ for great looking hair. You should also understand that hair is in fact dead, so no matter how hard you try, you simply can't repair split ends.

Choose a nice and easy to maintain hairstyle, which you will be able to reproduce at home with no extra fuss.

Get a trim regularly. At first I went to my hair stylist every month and a half, prolonged it to every two months after a while and now, a year later, I'm at two months between cutting hair. And must I stress I have no split ends?
