"Caesar salads have good intentions. And they start off innocent enough, with crunchy, virtually calorie-free romaine lettuce. But quit paying attention for even a quick second and things can go horribly awry."
So, instead of ordering a big bowl of Cezar's, check out what lies beneath the healthy greens. Are there croutons and a dressing made of pure fat? It could lead to well over 900 calories, which I'm sure you can save. Here's how, advise the Hungry Girl experts:
"If you opt to make yours at home and use light or fat free ingredients, you can enjoy your caesar, guilt-free! HG has tossed together a recipe for an awesome Lime grilled shrimp Caesar Salad."
Check out the delicious recipe and enjoy your salad as it should be: healthy and low cal!

This is completely true. Did you know that some caesar salads have more calories than a Big Mac? If light dressing isn't for you and you've just got to have that real caesar taste, try ordering your dressing on the side, and dip the tip of your fork into the dressing before each bite. You'll be surprised how little you need!

I use this same strategy with candy bars. I love 'em (too much) but I choose the 100 grand bar because it's only 180 calories versus the 270 you get with a snickers.
