Copper, pretty and good for you!

I have always been a fan of copper jewelry links

. I love the color and I'm not just saying that because it matches my hair (ok, so maybe I am). Besides looking great, copper jewelry has some great healing benefits some of which include pain-relief and strengthening of the immune system. So besides looking great it can also help you! Why wouldn't you want to go get some copper jewelry? Copper it up!

Ryan, I love your column! I recently purchased a pair of flat red shoes (patent no less!) to add some excitement to my winter wardrobe. Can you tell me how to pair them best with an outfit, without looking like a tomato from head to toe? Are they OK to wear with jeans? Thanks! Yvette
