Normally, I'm not a big short boot fan. I think it's because I sometimes see women wearing it wrong. With slacks? Yes. With miniskirt? No.

But when I saw these, I think I can re-evalutate how I feel about short boots. These are Cole Haan, a favorite brand of mine. Now how could you wear these beauties?

Long black slacks would work well, as well as an allover black ensemble because these boots would add your pop of color. But these boots should be the only thing you wear with animal print that day. I'm not into the matchy-matchy where shoes and handbags are concerned, so I wouldn't carry an animal print bag, but I can see where it could work.
