Be good to your skin this season

They say clothes make the woman, well yes, that is true, but you should take care of what is under the clothes as well. Beautiful, glowing, healthy skin is just as, if not, more important than fantastic clothing. Who wants to wear an amazing silk blouse with rough elbows? I don't know about you but for me the most important thing is moisturizing and without lotion after the shower I feel like an alligator. Especially with the cold weathering coming taking care of your skin is more important than ever.

	One of my favorite places to get great skin care items is Whole Foods. They are very budget-friendly and the products are amazing. They are especially good for people with sensitive skin, like myself. Whole Foods, Whole Body
	Here is a neat little trick, if you put oil on IN the shower it will help retain that moisture into your skin. Plus the added steam from the hot water will open your pores. Be careful not to slip though! Origins Birthday Suit, $14 at Amazon
	If you have spent all day outside hiking or skiing you know your skin will feel tight and tired. Try Crabtree and Evelyn's Goatmilk Comforting Body Wash, $16 this stuff is amazing. It will make your skin feel refreshed and healthy.
