If you're fed up with being ashamed of your arms and having to wear short sleeves even in the summer time, the only thing to do is to exercise, and have I got some easy and speedy solution for you!
Hear this: you're going to use your weight to beat the arm flab! The exercise goes like this: Sit down on your exercise mat/floor with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor (if uncomfortable, you can rest only your heels on the floor). Position your palms on the floor next to your hips with fingers pointing to your feet. And now for the tricky part - lean backward and bend your elbows and go as low as you can. When you've reached the lowest you can, press your upper body weight back with the sole strength of your arms, straighten your elbows until you reach your start position.
Do at least 30 repetitions each day and you should see the results in a couple of weeks. Bye bye arm flab!
